Delivery & Pickup

Yes — free delivery and free pickup are included with every single rental, with no hidden fees. We deliver to all Disney World resorts, Universal resort hotels, SeaWorld area hotels, vacation homes, and most Orlando-area accommodations.

We deliver directly to your resort hotel's bell desk or vacation home address. Simply provide your resort name, check-in date, and reservation number when booking. Your rental will be ready and waiting when you arrive. At checkout, leave the equipment at the bell desk and we collect it — no need to coordinate a pickup time.

At Walt Disney World resorts, Universal Orlando resort hotels, and Westgate Resorts, we hand-deliver your equipment directly to you in person, as these resorts require an in-person handoff rather than bell desk drop-off for rentals. We'll coordinate a quick, convenient meetup time when you arrive and again at checkout. For all other hotels and vacation homes, we deliver to the bell desk or front door.

We deliver to all Walt Disney World resorts, Universal Orlando resort hotels, SeaWorld area, International Drive, Kissimmee, Celebration, Windermere, and vacation homes and Airbnbs throughout the greater Orlando area. Not sure if we cover your location? Just WhatsApp us!

Equipment & Cleanliness

Every single unit is professionally deep-cleaned and sanitized between every rental. Strollers are fully washed, dried, and inspected. Scooters are wiped down with hospital-grade disinfectant, charged to 100%, and mechanically checked before every departure. We take hygiene seriously.

Yes! All our strollers meet the size requirements for Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando. Disney allows strollers up to 31" wide and 52" long. All our models are within these limits. No issues at any park gate.

Absolutely — multi-day rentals are our most popular option. Most families book for the full duration of their Disney vacation. Check our booking page for daily rates and multi-day pricing.
